aha!  Found the problem.  gnet-PCBboard.scm has 'm4' hardcoded as the name
of the m4 executible however, on my system 'm4' is the system m4 and 'gm4'
is GNU m4.  Perhaps there should be an autoconf test for GNU m4 to
correctly set this name.

Once I changed m4 to gm4, I get a .pcb file which looks much closer to
being right (has my parts listed in it).
