gEDA-user: How to add grid in gwave?

To the best of my knowledge the grid (or recticule) has not yet been 
implemented in GWave. The images you are veiwing or of the plotted
output which is produced by GNU Graph or GNU Plot. These are
intended for printing I guess.

You could email the author of GWave to request this functionality.
