At this point I have to ask, how are you making the hardcopies?

I also printed the copper side using kghostview from the kmail link, 
and while I can see at least 2 potential shorts due to a lack of 
clearances, I don't see any breaks/cracks on the paper.  I could load 
it in the gimp and fix everything I see in maybe 15 minutes of dot by 
dot touchup.
