Yes I do. Official means the ones in the openSUSE BuildService, which is 
something like Fedora Extra.

Yes of course. geda is currently one of the easiest packages to build.

Are you creating any other packages for Fedora?

I've currently two main topics: electronic programms and math programms.
There are two repositories I'm contributing to:
http://software.opensuse.org/download/home:/werner2101/openSUSE_10.2/repodata/
(testing and gEDA, misc)
and
http://software.opensuse.org/download/science/openSUSE_10.2/repodata/
(octave, scipy, maxima, ...)

I think I will move geda to the second (more official) repo soon.
