Where do you get your paste? How long is it lasting for you?
I got one of these a month or so ago:

Xytronic calls it a "mini-wave" soldering tip. It's a hollow tip you
can fill with solder. The solder beads on the end of the tip and you
can just drag it across well-fluxed pins and it solders them.
