You can draw a polygon, and then you would draw you ground tracks with
this flag set:
"Settings" menu -> "New lines, arcs clear polygon" switched off.
You can change this with the "j" key when mousing over an existing
track.
Command lines actions for multiple selected objects:
changejoin(target)
target = {object | selectedlines | selectedarcs | selected}
Changes the join (clearance through polygons) of objects.
You might like to try:
"Settings" menu -> "Thin draw poly" (Ctrl + Shift + P), as this makes
it easier to look "through" the polygons when working.
