Only the connector on the left side and the neighbour nets are offgrid.
Either:
 * remove the offgrid things and add them again.
 * Toggle snap off, and move the part back to the 100mils grid

Maybe you have added/moved the connector while the snap grid was off.

It's a new symbol in die Library. You can mark the schematic and do an
Edit->Update Component.
Then the new version number of the library is imported to the schematic.

Attached a clean version without connector.
