gEDA-user: PCB on a remote desktop

Hi!

I've been recently using PCB on a VNC desktop from a Windows machine.
The connection was low speed (the host had a slow DSL connection).

I think it would greatly improve performance if you added an option to
disable the large blue crosshair, or allow sizing the crosshair in % of
the available workspace (like in AutoCAD).
