PCB is still CVS:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/pcb login 
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/pcb co -P pcb

If you _specifically want_ to use git (for things like trawling through
history, doing patch acrobatics etc..), then there is a git repository
which tracks the CVS (when Peter B updates it):

http://repo.or.cz/w/geda-pcb.git

This about 4 weeks out of date at the moment.
