gEDA-user: PCB and MUCS RPMS

I just packaged up DJ Delorie's patches, and separated out the parts of 
MUCS that you don't need for basic PCB routing (e.g. if you aren't 
planning on invoking MUCS by hand, you don't need mucs_pcb-extras).

SRPMs are available from the same page as the corresponding i386 
versions, and should be used if you are trying to install with older 
versions of RedHat. These were built on RedHat 7.3 (KRUD 7.3, actually).

Let me know if you run into problems, and whether these work 
out-of-the-box on platforms other than 7.3.
