Indeed. It is all UNIX-commands under the glossy GUI. The manuals which are
online give all the gory details.

At one time we ran the Windows binaries under Wine on a few Linux boxes, since
that was faster than running them directly in Windows on the same hardware.
All using makefiles. Now that the Linux version is in place, there is less crud
around it. We rarely use any part of the GUI.
