gEDA-user: gEDA/gaf 20061020 source tarballs released

Hi,

I am pleased to announce gEDA/gaf 20061020.  This is primarily a wrap up
release to get various new features and bug fixes out to the community
before we checkin some riskier changes.   As summarized by an observer:

"This one is better than the last .. enjoy!"
and
"This is some goooood stuff" :)
