gEDA-user: Feature requests printout and export

I like to draw the outline of the board to lineout layer as recommended 
by the wiki. 

* My fab accepts the resulting gerber layer $NAME.group3.gbr which 
contains the lineout layer. Still, it would be even better to have a self 
explanatory layer name and get rid of the holes and vias in this 
particular gerber file. Feature request: If lineout layer exists, export 
an exclusive gerber file lineout.gbr

*  Where are the defaults for ps output set? I always need a4 rather than 
letter, multipage output, etc. --- Feature request: Add a print related 
preference page.

* default postscript output name is "foo.ps".  With multi page output 
this results in strange filenames like "foo.ps.frontassembly.ps".
Feature request: multipage should output file names like 
foo.frontassembly.ps by default.

* eps output will print pads and pins pitch black, regardless the pin 
color set in preference.
