gEDA-user: some refdes invisible after load layout data

After I loaded the layout data of some additional footprints produced by 
gsch2pcb, some (not all) refdeses got invisible. They still printed fine 
but did not show up on screen. I could make them appear again if I select 
the affected footprints and left click like I do for move, without 
actually moving the selection. The refdeses reappeared on release of the 
mouse button. But alas, now refdeses of some other footprints had 
vanished. However, if I did the select and move trick, all refdes could 
be made visible.
