Yay, that was it ! Thanks a lot ! The plot in ngspice is now ok.

For anyone using port, you just need to modify the "Port" file in the ports/release/science directory. Add "--enable-xspice" to "config.arg", then "port uninstall ng-spice; port install ng-spice" and that's it ! The spinit is automatically configured so you don't need to do anything else.
