Till now I didn't differ between newlib and oldlib, and so I didn't try 
oldlib. but with oldlib there is another problem. the oldlib groups are shown 
in the list, but there are no parts.

so newlib parts are shown, but I can't insert them, and oldlib parts are not 
shown in the list.
