I suspect your meaning of pro is equivalent to "uses mentor, Cadence,
even Protel" -- anything that avoids the translation step you suggest.
Because no-one will translate your ten layer design for free.
There is no way to "add little changes to" your existing
"well known proprietary CAD software"
created layout with pcb.
