1. Create a 21x16 array of blocks or a slab with an array of points on
one face.
2. select one point at a time and change y axis value. (This could be
scripted to reduce mouse clicks).
3. Turn on subsurface modeling to use splines to represent the surface
and adjust the amount of smoothing.
4. Export to some form that translates to IGES. (Needs some
researching -- not sure)
