I looked and was taken aback at all the sound applications available, I
would not know where to start. Probably be better to have someone take a
look who is more interested in sound coming from their compter than me.

I know there is a demand for a computer to do sound editing, I see many more
Mac computers used for that purpose than PCs. Any sound editors for Linux? I
bet they could be found at that site.
