For people writing docs:

Wxftp: a graphical FTP client. RedHat ships gftp but I found it far
too buggy.

FileRunner: a nice file manager for people who don't want to run Gnome
or KDE. However there are operations who are far easier with
FileRunner than with KDE's and Gnome's file managers

LPE: The light weight editor who will be available in critical
situations if you area llergical to VI. It has integrated help. In
Indy using VI is a choice you make, it is never forced on you by
programs calling it without you asking or being the only editor
available in single user mode.
