I have uploaded the new initscripts to the exeperimental directory.
These implement transparent routing of traffic and activation of
daemons when the PPP link is up.

It requires "console-tools" and that is why I have laso uploaded this.

Finally I have uploaded the new "etcskels" who allows the user to
never be dropped into VI against his will.
