Custom installs

I think the custom install guide is ready.

I suggest you make an extra page for package selection. It's probably also
worth making a big deal out of the fact that the workstation install kills
all linux partitions, and the server install kills ALL partitions.

note that it references the stylessheet on cran. You might wan to change
this ( so it refs your local one instead )
