I assumed that the bond0 format isn't any different from the ethx interfaces
it joins together.  I use ifenslave to form the bonded interface.  There's a
doc on the whole thing at SourceForge...

Yes, quite right.  I don't have the packet format and interface 
information for the bond0 interface although I would gladly include it if 
I could obtain the information.
