madbomber-0.1.2-src	Requires SDL, which I don't have installed yet...

lmemory-0.2 This one, arghhh, CRASHED my machine.... not sure how it managed it, but it nailed something and caused the kernel memory to get trashed.... It's in my syslog, maybe I'll look it up...

from /var/log/syslog on my machine

glogo-0.0.4 ?, seems to not have the GDK in python, and therefore doesn't work? hhmmmmmm.

dumb-0.13.11 Blows up during the compile with strange Assembler error.

cardwords Needs gtk-- to compile... I don't have it.

FreePhysics-0.1.0 can't see how to configure this one, let alone compile it? shrug....doesn't look like I got a complete tar ball or something....?

gnomecompjugador-0.1.1b does not configure, it's looking for gnomeConf.sh and not finding it.

lingoteach.0.15 it's java, I'll need a jre or the jdk to mess with it....

qvocab-0.20.3 requires QT 1.3 or something, which is non-free and I won't use.

jflash_0_3 requires java, either jre or jdk...

ThePenguinMachine-0.0.6 requires SDL, also not installed, therefore won't configure.

TurboLogo all in French, can't figure out how to make the source? shrug....

FlightGear-0.6.2 requires PLIB, not yet installed on this machine....so many different libraries, ugh...

blackbox it seems to work, but has fatal errors and locks on exit, also, it does not fit my screen, and does not accept standard -geometry commandline options to fix it.

			Working
			-------

word_search-1.1 little program to generate word search puzzles.

typespeed-0.4.0 nice console speed typing tester/game

stickers-0.1.2 works, ok, too big for my 640x480 screen and no obvious way to force it to the proper size.

matritsa-0.1.1 Compiles, and seems to run, but it's too big for my 640x480 screen and I can't see what to do with it?

gtetrinet_0.3-1 Installed via premade .deb from the website it lives at, point to it by Solomon on IRC I think.... Don't know where to connect to a game at though, so I don't know how good it is?

gtans-1.0 Nice, want more figures, and head to head mode, and a timed count down to race against the clock... Trying to package this for Debian, hopeful Ben Armstrong will help soon.

drawmap-1.7 ???. It compiled, and seems to work, but I have no idea how to use it.

lolit_ml-0.0.1 has some size issues, and needs to be more complete but it DOES WORK!!!! YAYYY! Had to get libzvt2 and libzvt-dev packages to make it link....

code_breaker-1.2.0 works, clare likes it....

lletters-0.1.7 works, mercer likes it, needs an obvious exit button and sound.

checkers little ascii app, works ok...

dame-0.28 works, needs to hilight selected checker, and give tutorials, it's hard to beat....

anton did not get it to compile as it require fltk which I don't seem to have installed. The binary that came in the tarball runs fine though. Really hard, don't feel like I know what I'm doing with it and doesn't seem to have any help.

xletters needs to fit the screen better and allow you to put your own words in to practice.

batnav-0.60 console based Batalla Naval, works well, would like to run a server on sourceforge for it and, also fix up some minor spelling errors....

gbatnav-0.74.0 gtk based Batalla Naval, seems to work, haven't had a change to put it through much yet, need some guinea pigs, here kiddy kiddy kiddy ;)
