Site: Printer-friendly look available

I just hacked together a basic "printer-friendly" look for the site. Also
section maintainers now have an "edit" link near each item for simpler
maintenance. Site code plans for the near future are: 
- Completing the printerfriendlyizing of the site (see the newsitem about
  it)
- Adding "external articles", i.e. articles that consist only of
title/abstract etc and a link to some arbitrary URL, but are stored (and
categorized etc) together with our own articles
