update: roborally for linux

Hello again,
Welll the bad news first: Wizards of the Coast does not seem to be to
happy about the idea of a free rr port. but iwrote another mail to some
some guy who is normally deciding about submissions. perhaps i will get
a license. if  that does not work i will have to change the rules
arround a little bit ;-).
Secondly, i guess i forgot to mention, that i want to gpl the game.
