RPM HOW-TO and execution

Hi,

I have two problems:

1.	Does anybody know a good HOW TO about creating .rpm files or a good
programme?

2.	Can anybody say how to execute programmes in C++ (perhaps 'int exec
(string name, string path, string params)' o.s.)?
