Restructure of Devel

I'm working on re-structuring devel--and since I don't have admin
privileges to the cvs server, I'm going to need whoever does to accomplish
the directory re-structuring at our earliest possible convenience:

dbproj/
(for db related documentation, including a subdirectory
for mysql documentation)
|--> mysqldoc/

genproj/
(all general documentation, including CVS, MHonArc, mirror,
and systems documentation)
|--> MHonArc/
|--> cvsinfo/
|--> mirror/
|--> sysdoc/

images/
(all images for the devel website, and a subdirectory for
those no longer being used)
|--> old/

transcripts/
(all irc transcripts, list archives, etc)
|--> irc/
|--> lkblist/ (with appropriate subdirs)
|--> developers/

archives/
(old images and layout plans--docs that are no longer relevant)
|--> images/
|--> layout/
