Jason,

I'll probably be on (at least when my PPP connection works which is pretty
sporatic) when you are.  Before I do, would you mind doing me a favor and
look at:

main/lib/perl/Apache/charityadd.pm

And look at my SQL statemnts?  They all work, but I don't know if I should
be doing things I'm not.  Basically:

When a person submits an entry for a non-profit I do a quick check to see
if anyone has a simular entry to check for a possible duplicate.  If I
find any matches, I list them and allow the user to continue anyways.

Finally when I add a entry I allow the default to be unapproved so that we
an later go in and decide if we want to allow this entry to show up in
/lbf/charitylist.  Note that the dup check above checks against both
approved and unapproved entries in the DB.
