I killed the processes, looks like a stale cvs.lock file was causing them both
to wait forever.  You will probably need to re-commit.  Let me know how it
goes.

CVS sucks for this application, it has so many conditions under which it will
just hang.  Unfortunately, my attempts to find something better have failed to
this point.
