CVS updates

I recommend all developers update their CVS trees.  I've made changes to:

header.php3
categories.php3
simple_form.php3
advanced_form.php3
sidebar.html
Search.pm

all php3 changes fix compatibility issues with Search.pm and allow the
site to save the state of the search string between screens.
