mod_perl thing

Just a fyi, since Apache caches mod_perl code, it often requires
restarting Apache for changes to mod_perl code to take effect.  For
developer tarball users:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd-lkb stop && sleep 3 && /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd-lkb start

does the trick nicely.
