- Installation of mod_perl overwrites hacked AuthenDBI.pm and prevents access 
	to http://localhost:81/

Post-Patch Installation instructions for existing installs:
cp lkb_source/patches/AuthenDBI.pm /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/Apache/
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd-lkb stop
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd-lkb start

If you haven't installed 1.0.6 before, follow the directions for 1.0.6 too.
