OK.  I have what appears to be a REALLY lame problem.  I know Daniel
mentioned that he had seen this problem, and I was wondering if anyone
else had seen and/or fixed this problem either remotely or locally.

When I try to load any page, the require ("formsfunc.inc") on line 10
of functions.php3 generates a fatal error.  I've tried making it an
include instead of a require.  I've verified correct php include paths in
my php.ini file which I KNOW are working correctly, because I'm even
including functins.php3 from that dir which is generating the damned
error.

This is becoming a royal pain in my a$$.  Anyone have similar problems?
