Fixed.  Go ahead and slap me around.  It was a path include problem that I
bull headedly refused to check because ALL other includes were working...
once I looked at path info, I'm not sure HOW the others worked... but they
did all along.  *sigh*  Anyways - this is a good thing, on with the code!

I have a feeling we're going slip on the new years deadline, for which
I'll accept a lot of responsibility, but we are REALLY close... My final
commits to functions.php3 will be out within the next few days depending
on new years interference.  

And remember, I have the first few weeks of next year for this stuff too.
I definately expect to be in Alpha go-live state by EARLY January as in
late first or early second week.  We really need to PUSH these last few
weeks.  I'm ready.
