DB Doc's

OK - it's the beginning of some developers documentation.  I'll
keep updating it in my spare time, and I'm updating the diagram
as well to reflect recent changes, but the stuff isn't going to
fly along as I'm switching gears now... I'll be a coding maniac
this week.  I documented the more complex portions of the
database... I'll get to the rest as time permits... or as
questions arise.

BTW, why isn't htpasswd working on devel?  I didn't hav time to
check it out, but someone may want to have a look see.
