Devball 1.2.2 released


This is mostly a bug fix for RH 6.1 systems which can not access the MySQL
database.  By default, 6.1 changes the order of the loopback interface
entries to read:

127.0.0.0	localhost.localdomain	localhost

which breaks the current security perms in MySQL.  1.2.2 adds the required
security perms so this is not an issue.  

You don't need to upgrade to this version unless 1.2.1 doesn't work for
you.
