Feature Order

Alright, I'm getting feature creep in the kbmirrormanage.pl and I know I
need to decided what are the critical features and concentrate on them.

Here's the list of features that need to be implimented:

General Support/Features:
- Support ObjectLinkRef table via symlinks and vice-versa

Updating DB Features:
- Support basic adding of new content:
	a) Support creation of new ext links
	b) Support creation of new categories/appliacation containers
	c) Support the ObjectFlags field for local/remote links*
- Support moving objects in KBOBjects
- Support for LastUpdateTime field so that we don't overwrite changes that 
	occured after we "checked it out"  (Suggestions on how to do this
	with the ObjectLinkRef table is very welcome.)
- Support moving/linking internal KB documents
- Support disaabled/notifyonanswer flags*

* Note, by support I mean "an easy way to change the flags".  As it is
now, the script will allow you to change the flags in the stored DB
format: global|local


I'm probably missing something, so if you have five minutes think about
what features you'd want.
