Drill down corrected

OK - the drill down on Dev has been fixed to work with all DB
modifications and my new PHP objects.  Please examine functions.php3.
Important stuff in there.  Think about how maybe you could use it or how
we could extend it.  Look at includes/header.php3, categories.php3, etc to
see how I'm using it.  And look at render.php3 to see how it will be
working... it now gathers variables and manages DB connections for other
pages.

I have not added article support back into the drill down system just yet.
It won't be long though.

Alas - it's 2AM here... and I'm tired :(
