Reorganizing Internal Docs

I have a few questions concerning devel:

#1- How easy would it be to change the lkblist archives to
devel.linuxkb.org/transcripts/lkblist/ ?

#2- Has anyone looked at "todo" lately on devel?  It's way out of date.

#3- How easy would it be to change the developers archives to
devel.linuxkb.org/transcripts/developers/ ?

I'm trying to "consolidate" all the development information we've got, so
that we don't have stuff all over the place.
