ok.. first, sorry for not being present around these few days.. went
somewhere in the carpathians at some caves..

meanwhile i took a look on some knuth works about, and i think that what i
was sugesting can be made. i already started something (still too
complicated to be nice, but is almost working). if you don't remember what
i am talking about, there is some program which is examining new documents
(that appears on sites that are mirrored, or are submited by different
users) and decides where should they go in the categories tree, than
e-mails for an accept to someone which will manage this tree. if he
accepts, they just go there, otherway, they are put manually in the
correct place. this is something i hope can become in time, after tuning
the rules, something enough precise not to bother too much to change its
options. i hope in a week or so i will have a first runnable version to
show..
