It appears someone is doing CVS commits that are hanging for some reason.
Either someone is using an incompatible version of CVS or someone is using CVS
on the server itself with an improper CVSROOT.

Aaron, I think you have been using CVS on the server for a while with no
problems, could you tell me what CVSROOT you are using for local CVS?
