Although devel is not necessary (per se) for "go live", it is necessary as
a clearinghouse for information for the many developers working on the
project.  I'm currently working on making the site more user-friendly than
it is currently.  (see https://wsdo.sao.uwf.edu:444/ (user & pass are the
same as previously mentioned).

It will conceivable take me into Early / mid july to finish converting
pages to the new format (assuming that I can manage to get them commited).
It may take longer, depending on how much content is added to devel by then.
