Changes I've made

1)  The top title bar in the page now reads:
Linux Knowledge Base Org. Project

2)  menu bar below title bar now has a link to the 'license'

3)  Title bar and menu bar are same length

4)  Completely new license.  Based on Netscapes Open Directory License
(dmoz.org).  License basically says the same thing, except now it's more
in lawyer speak.  PLEASE READ AND COMMENT!!!!

5)  Added a FAQ to the license.

6)  Many subtle changes to the search engine

Some things to think about for Wed's IRC:

1)  What features do you want to see in the search/drill down?

2)  After a person does a search they will see the search results and
below that a list of categories below their current position.  What should
happen if they select a category?  Should they go back to browse mode,
looking at the new category or should a new search execute based on the
new position?

3)  What are you doing?  Is that necessary for go live?  If not, why are
you working on it?

4)  How much longer do you need to finish what you're working on?  Do you
have something lined up after it or do you need something else to work on?
