Yes... it does need done.  I view it as very important.  When we go live, there's
going to be a bunch of people that all of a sudden want to help out (i think).  We
need somewhere to point them.  We need all that help to get this thing really
rolling.  If we don't have documentation and so forth ready for them, and put them
off for any signiicant amount of time, they may lose interest.

Anyway.... thats why IU felt devel was pretty important.  And I've been bad about
contributing documentation to it because of our limited # of developers, but
that'll change.
