The search engine is at least 60% finished.  We could almost go live right
now with how it is, it just wouldn't do everything we'd want (like get rid
of dups).  But it does 100% support drill-downs which is most important.

Anyways, for the writeup, I'd say:

(60% finished) This project is working on the interface between the
navigation system and ht://dig.  It will provide the functionality to
properly search through our category tree structure, support drill-downs,
and remove duplicate hits with different URL's.  The project is in two
parts: a mod_perl wrapper (90% complete) for htsearch and in-house hacks
to the htsearch C++ code (0% complete).
