To get the dups and such to come out right, we just need a seperate set of
scripts that only generate the content at the location needed with the
category attached data with the category and not the application.  This will
fix all of your indexing problems and dramaticly increase the speed of
indexing, with no code changes needed to htdig whatsoever.  I would say we 
shouldn't worry about this until go-live, however, as dups don't keep the site 
from working, just provide a minor inconveinence to the user.
