Developer Interest: Kurt Seifried (fwd)

Not sure if we want this guy.  I once talked to him about mirroring his
security guide and he required that the url to the mirror be:
www.linuxkb.org/lasg/

I asked that it be:

www.linuxkb.org/mirrors/lasg/

so that we didn't have to go edit our httpd.conf just for him and instead
of saying ok, he setup acls to prevent w3mir running from Vodka from
mirroring the guide. I emailed him very nicely asking him what was going
on and he never replied.

Of course, I just started mirroring his guide from one of his other
mirrors since his copywrite didn't forbid it. :-)
