I'm actually still researching the acutal code myself.  The good news is

Okey-dokey.  We can figure that part out later.

Does anyone have a list of RoleID's that will actually be stored in the DB
tables?  I need to know what I'm checking against when I write the code.

Also, are we going to give incremental or piecemeal access?  Ie, can the
RoleID's be represented as integers with each larger number providing the
access of all the numbers below it? (incremental)
