Well a new version of phpMyAdmin was released.  Someone who knows what
they're doing should probably install it.

Here's the thing though.  Something is causing the Apache server to send
POST's non-encrypted over SSL.  That doesn't work very well (see my last
email re: admin).  I'm at a loss right now to explain it.  MOT is also
having the same problem.  There's 3 things they have in common:

1)  Use PHP
2)  Are doing posts (regular links work fine)
3)  require the use of alias in the httpd.conf

We can't do much about #1 and #2, but I don't think that's the problem
anyways.  Any chance we can move the install directory for phpAdmin to
under /home/http/production/admin/html ??

I'm going to try the mod_ssl list to see if anyone has any ideas, but this
might be faster.
